Jason Holloway has spent more than thirty years in information security, working across organisations of every size and sector. He founded and grew Bridgeway Security Solutions to £3.8m in revenue, making the strategic and operational decisions behind that growth. When Bridgeway merged with Conosco, he served as COO with responsibility across operations, delivery and client outcomes. QL Security is his third security business and his most focused: AI Security, exclusively, for UK mid-market organisations that want a partner rather than a vendor or an adviser.
He is a technical practitioner who has designed, implemented and run security programmes across hundreds of organisations. He is equally a business leader who has built teams, set commercial direction and held board-level conversations throughout his career. That combination, from server room to boardroom, is what QL Security draws on when it takes an assessment finding all the way through to a working control.
His approach to AI Security is practitioner-led. He tests the systems rather than theorising about them. His work identifying weaknesses in AI chatbot configurations, and his commentary on AI security governance, reflects a view grounded in what actually happens when AI reaches production, not in vendor documentation. He writes and speaks regularly on AI risk, and is quoted across national and trade media.
